Life Enrichment Manager

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to provide opportunities for residents to participate in programs to enrich their lives in the areas of mind, body and spirit. The responsibilities of this job include planning, developing, marketing, and implementing events, programs, and activities. Manages transportation department.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Recreational Therapy or related field is required.

Two (2) years of activities coordination or related experience is required.

Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.

A valid drivers license is required.
