• Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care
• Manage a team of nurses overseeing caregiving teams and day-to-day support
• Supervise and coach nursing staff
• Conduct resident assessments and guide care planning

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Current Nebraska RN license or Compact RN license
• 3–7 years of nursing leadership experience required
• 5 years of experience in long-term care required
• Strong critical thinking, sound independent judgment, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
