Optometry job in Bangor ME

Well respected healthcare facility is seeking a locum Optometrist starting 11/3/2025 through 5/2026 about 45 mins from Bangor, ME.

• Board Certified Optometrist
• 4 days a week Monday-Thursday (9 hour days)
• No Call or Weekends
• Will typically see 2 patients per hour
• Will see all ages
• Perform eye exams and vision tests, prescribe and dispense corrective lenses, dry eye evaluations, post-op cataract/LASIK co management, glaucoma monitoring, etc
• Refraction, Tonometry, Slit-Lamp exam, Fundus, OCT exam, Visual field testing, contact lens fitting, foreign body removal, etc
• EMR Athena
