Required Procedures: - Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy - Types of Upper GI Endoscopy: with Biopsy, with Foreign Body Removal, with Banding of Varices, Diagnostic, with PEG, possible ERCPs
