.NET/SQL Developer - 508 Compliance Location: Remote USC/GC Time zones: DC, TN, and Nebraska.- West Coast candidates are acceptable but must attend at least two 8:30 AM CT stand-up calls per week. Job Summary: Exp: 10+ Years Qualifications: Proven experience as a developer working with .NET and SQL Server. Demonstrated expertise in 508 compliance coding standards and accessibility best practices. Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools (ANDI, AXE, NVDA, Colour Contrast Analyser). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and other accessibility frameworks. Experience in government or healthcare-related projects. Medicaid domain knowledge, especially Provider subsystem experience (highly desirable). Strong communication skills to explain accessibility requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
